| ...we never have had a problem, she never chewed, loves the kids, is as laid back as they come but when she is in the field a switch comes on and she is a machine. Monday a group of coworkers and I went to a Bird Farm for the day. We jumped birds on our first walk through and a few were "missed" you would say : ). We started back through and Abby got on a small piece of sage brush and would not leave it. I figured it was old scent, and was getting ready to nudge her away when she started lunging her she comes out carrying a wounded rooster pheasant the cover was thick, and there was much scent from the 20 some birds we had released and still she picked this up and dug him out.. . . I never thought we would find another (lab) that would hold a high place in our family, home and lives and thankfully, Abby has proven us wrong. ~ JIM HEATH, Cody WY |

| Akai is a great combination of a hunting and family dog. While she is driven to hunt up birds and is the absolute happiest when she is working, she also loves to be with people. Her physical abilities paired with her natural hunting instincts have made her a wonderful hunting companion. Whether it be in the duck blind or out in the fields. ~ Gary |
